Foundry tool changer

Tool changers F-A series created to work in foundries and harsh environments.

Chrome plated steel body with grooves to store the tools and a pressurized system to keep the locking system clean as option.
In 2007 Robotools robotic devices designed and built a special unit with a through centre bore within which a shaft rotates different ladles. Before this tool changer each ladle was equipped with its own electric motor, power and signals, connectors etc. Now it is possible to feature just one motor with direct electric connections for severl ladle.  This allows a considerable reduction of costs!
